What is Specialist Adult Care?

Specialist adult care is for individuals aged 18 and over who live with ongoing health conditions, disabilities, or challenges that affect their ability to live independently. These may be physical, neurological, psychological, or behavioural in nature.

At Meallmore, our specialist services combine clinical oversight with person-centred care. We create individual support plans that focus on stability, safety, emotional wellbeing, and long-term quality of life - whether someone is with us for a few months or many years. Our homes are adapted to meet specialist needs, and our teams receive enhanced training to deliver the right care, the right way.
