    Our Modern Slavery Statement outlines the steps we take to prevent all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking within our organisation and supply chains. We are committed to upholding human rights and ensuring that everyone who works with or for Meallmore is treated fairly, ethically and with dignity.

    Gender Pay Gap Report

    As an employer of more than 250 people, Meallmore is required to publish an annual Gender Pay Gap Report. This report shows the difference in average earnings between men and women across our organisation. We are committed to equality, and use this data to guide our work in creating a fair and inclusive workplace for everyone.

    Our CSR statement explains how we operate responsibly and sustainably - from reducing our environmental impact to supporting the wellbeing of our teams, residents and local communities.     Every Meallmore home is registered with and inspected by the Care Inspectorate, Scotland's independent regulator. The most recent inspection report for each home is available on the individual home page and directly at careinspectorate.com.
