Meallmore Colleague Awards 2024: Celebrating Success

We are incredibly proud to recognise the dedication and hard work of our Meallmore colleagues who were recently celebrated at the Meallmore Colleague Awards 2024. This year’s ceremony saw a record number of nominations, with over 1500 people casting their votes, reflecting the outstanding efforts of our care teams across all our Meallmore homes. These awards serve as a testament to the compassion, dedication, and excellence our colleagues demonstrate in providing high-quality care to residents.

Recognising the Hard Work of Our Colleagues

The Meallmore Colleague Awards shine a spotlight on the exceptional work carried out by teams across Scotland, and we are delighted to see our Meallmore colleagues recognised for their contributions. Whether they are creating a nurturing environment, providing emotional support, or maintaining the highest standards of care, our team continues to set the benchmark for excellence in the care sector.

Each nomination received reflects not only the hard work of individual carers but also the collective efforts of our teams who work together to ensure that residents receive the support they need to live comfortably and with dignity. We are incredibly proud of every member of our Meallmore family for their role in creating safe, welcoming, and supportive environments across our care homes.‍

“All our finalists have demonstrated remarkable dedication and compassion, and the winners are thoroughly well-deserved. It was incredibly hard to judge! A big thanks also goes to our supplier support, as well as the fantastic Michelle McManus who, once again, has supported us at the awards, shining a light on the care we offer throughout the country.”
