Willow Lodge in Falkirk has been recognised for high-quality care, a positive team culture and a welcoming environment.

Colleagues Hazel, William, and Enya got together to have a chat about The Nightingale Challenge, an initiative set up by Nursing Now that promotes the learning and development of young nurses across the world.
Hazel (Quality Support Manager) played a leading role in promoting and supporting the initiative within Meallmore, providing courses and mentorship opportunities for our nurses.
William (Deputy Manager, Bayview Care Home) was one of the 12 nurses who participated in the Nightingale Challenge and he discusses the many benefits of the programmes that were on offer and how it has helped him to develop in his career.
