The management team are so approachable and you never feel any request or issue is a problem. I definitely feel the Manager sets an amazing standard which is reflected in the staff.

There is an extensive range of activities to suit all capabilities and I have accompanied my father to many of these, which he has enjoyed. The surroundings are beautiful and there is always tea, coffee and soft drinks available to visitors.

My Mum needed a short respite stay and we were delighted with the care provided. Staff were compassionate, caring and friendly. The home seems to be very well resourced in terms of having plenty of staff to provide safe levels of care.

I have seen a truly remarkable team of people at work. They have put my mother's well-being at the heart of everything they do. Protocols are followed, but the extra mile every member of staff goes to is special.

We were made to feel so welcome—everyone has been extremely helpful and reassuring without judgement. Residents appear to be so well looked after and are encouraged to participate in organised activities. The meals look great too!

The staff deliver a high standard of care. They are patient, kind and caring - we could not ask for more. The environment is homely and comfortable, and the decor is of a very high standard.

My mother feels safe, happy and content here and has nothing but praise for all the staff. Since the family live in England it gives us peace of mind to know that she is being well cared for.

The staff are excellent, nothing is too much bother. Since my mother moved in she has loved it. The facilities are excellent and kept immaculate, and the food has been great too. It is just a lovely environment and we know she is in safe hands.

The home was immaculate and very fresh. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my husband had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. His words at the end of his stay were that it was 'more like a hotel than a care home.' We would most definitely use them again.
