Meet Veronica Dormer: Leading with Compassion and Expertise

We're proud to introduce Veronica Dormer, our passionate and highly experienced General Manager, who will lead Kelvinside Manor into its exciting future. With nearly 20 years in the care sector, Veronica brings expertise and a deep commitment to ensuring residents feel valued, respected, and cared for.

Veronica's journey began in 2006 when she graduated in Adult Health Nursing from the University of Paisley. Over the years, she's held leadership roles, most recently with Erskine Veterans Charity, where she progressed from team leader to nursing home manager. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Development in 2012 and is about to complete her Master's in Advancing Care Home Practice.
