Welcome to Kincaid House, a modern care home nestled in the heart of Inverclyde, offering breath-taking vistas of the serene River Clyde and the majestic surrounding mountains.
Kincaid House boasts a selection of ensuite bedrooms, meticulously furnished to the highest standards of comfort and luxury. As one of the larger Meallmore homes, it is thoughtfully divided into three distinct units, each featuring cosy living spaces, inviting dining areas, and engaging activity rooms. This design creates a genuine "home-away-from-home" ambience, ensuring our residents feel comfortable and cared for.
Discover solace in our beautifully landscaped gardens, providing a tranquil setting for leisurely strolls, quiet moments of contemplation, or simply unwinding amidst nature's beauty. Our gardens are a favourite spot for residents to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
At Kincaid House, we are committed to fostering a sense of community. We organise an extensive array of activities, both within and outside our premises. From therapeutic animal interactions to delightful visits from the local nursery, we encourage residents to pursue their interests, socialise with peers, or relish precious moments of solitude, all while preserving their unique individuality.
Our care home extends its services to frail elderly residents and includes a dedicated unit for those living with dementia. Proud recipients of the 2014 Scottish Care Award for Dementia Service of the Year, we have continually refined our Dementia Strategy. We provide comprehensive support at every stage of the journey, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling and purposeful lives.
