For many people, having their hair styled or maintaining a familiar routine can make a meaningful contribution to confidence, identity and wellbeing. Residents are free to decide whether they wish to use the salon, which supports residents living at Parklands rather than being a commercial service open to the general public.

Parklands has secure and accessible landscaped gardens where residents can enjoy fresh air and time outdoors. Seating areas provide places to relax, spend time with visitors or enjoy the changing seasons. The outdoor spaces can also support suitable activities and gentle engagement with nature.
