• The Opening of Kelvinside Manor – A fully self-funded transformation of an outdated care home into a luxurious, purpose-built facility offering 48 en-suite bedrooms, premium amenities, and an exceptional standard of care. This state-of-the-art nursing home in Glasgow's West End provides a safe, nurturing environment for elderly residents, including those living with dementia.
• The Development of Pitfodels Wood – Our £20 million flagship project in Aberdeen, set to open in 2025, which will provide 65 en-suite bedrooms, first-class facilities and create 80 new jobs in the Scottish care sector. This care home has been designed to offer advanced dementia care services while providing a tranquil setting for residents.
