Chloe Pattisson has been named winner of the Outstanding Achievement - Care Home Award at the 2026 Hotel Housekeeping Honours, the national awards known across the industry as the Triple H Awards. The ceremony was held at the Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon, on Thursday 10 September 2026.

The awards recognise excellence across the housekeeping profession, celebrating the individuals and teams whose dedication, leadership and high standards make an outstanding contribution to hospitality.

What the role actually involves

As Hospitality Facilitator, Chloe supports housekeeping teams across Meallmore care homes, helping colleagues continually develop standards while ensuring residents live in environments that are safe, welcoming and genuinely feel like home.

Her award recognises not only her professional expertise, but the passion, encouragement and support she provides to colleagues across Meallmore.

In Chloe's words

I was genuinely surprised to hear my name read out, and my first thought was of the housekeeping teams I get to work with every day. This award belongs to them just as much as it does to me. Housekeeping in a care home is not about cleaning alone. It is about the people who live there, the conversations you have with them, and making sure their home is comfortable, safe and looks after their dignity.

Housekeepers are often the quiet force that makes our homes homely. They protect our residents, preserve dignity and create environments where people feel comfortable, safe and cared for. To see Chloe's contribution recognised on a national stage alongside the wider hospitality industry is incredibly special and thoroughly deserved. This award may have Chloe's name on it, but I know she will see it as recognition for every housekeeper across Meallmore.
