Being a nurse by profession I use the knowledge and skills gained from clinical positions to develop staff and share experiences to enhance the care of the residents. Being passionate about nursing as a profession means we provide the best care and support to those living in The Grove. I welcome all new residents and families into The Grove, operating an open-door policy.
