What nursing care covers in our north east homes
Registered nurses lead each shift, with care plans covering skin and pressure care, continence, nutrition, pain, mobility and falls, and emotional wellbeing, reviewed as things change.
We work with GP practices, district nursing, tissue viability, dietetics, speech and language therapy and NHS Grampian palliative care teams so specialist input comes into the home.
And then the ordinary things: food cooked on site, your own belongings around you, visitors welcome, and something worth doing each day.
