Registered nurses lead each shift. Care plans cover skin and pressure care, continence, nutrition and hydration, pain, mobility and falls, and emotional wellbeing, and are reviewed as things change.
We work with local GP practices, district nursing, tissue viability, dietetics, speech and language therapy and NHS Highland palliative care teams so specialist input comes into the home.
