How it works.
Care home catering is a craft of its own. Our chefs cook fresh food every day for people with real preferences, real appetites and often complex dietary and texture needs.
The Academy sets out exactly what each kitchen role is responsible for, so you always know what your job covers today and what the next one asks of you. Development is structured at every step rather than left to chance.
