The programme
How it works.
Good to Great is a leadership and management development programme for colleagues who already lead a team and want to move toward Deputy Manager, Home Manager and beyond.
It runs across a series of full-day workshops, with time between them to put the learning into practice in your own home. Everyone who takes part also completes a personal profile that helps them understand how their style lands with the people they lead.
Places are limited and applications are considered carefully. Taking part is a real investment in you, and colleagues tell us it changes how they lead long before the programme ends.
