The job
What the role involves.
- Cooking fresh, seasonal food for residents who look forward to every meal
- Working to individual dietary, texture and nutritional needs
- Menu planning with residents, not just for them
- Housekeeping teams keeping bedrooms, lounges and communal areas spotless and homely
- Laundry teams caring for residents' own clothes and household linen
- Food safety, infection control, allergen management and kitchen standards
