Housekeeping, laundry and hospitality colleagues shape how a home feels the moment someone walks in. They are also, very often, the people a resident speaks to most in a day.
The Hospitality Academy recognises that. It sets standards for each role, builds the skills behind them and opens a route into team leadership for colleagues who want it.
