What the role involves.
- Clinical assessment, care planning and review
- Medication management and clinical governance
- Leading and supporting the care team on shift
- Working with GPs, community teams and families
- Wound care, end of life care and complex needs
Who it suits
Registered nurses with current NMC registration who want clinical autonomy and long-term relationships with the people they care for. Both RGN and RMN backgrounds are valued across our homes.

Charge Nurse and Clinical Lead, then Deputy Manager and Home Manager through Good to Great.
