How the awards work.

Nominations are gathered from colleagues, residents, families and visiting professionals - everyone in the Meallmore community has a say in who deserves the spotlight.

Each of the thousands of nominations is reviewed by a dedicated judging panel, assessed against the category criteria, and shortlisted for the finalists' evening at Dunblane Hydro.
